No. We are a directory, not a registration system. Every camp page links out to the registration page run by the college or the camp operator, and you sign up and pay there. We never take payment, hold a spot, or see your registration.
From the school or camp operator. Because you register on their site, everything that follows — your confirmation, the schedule, what to bring, check-in details, cancellations and refunds — comes from them, not from us. If you signed in before clicking through, your account keeps a Registration history so you can find the camp page again.
Yes, and it is free — no account and no card. On a school or sport page, enter your email to get camp alerts. We email you when a new camp is added that matches what you asked for, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Alerts are for ages 13 and up, so parents should use their own address.
We only list what a school has actually published. Many programs post next season's dates only a few months ahead, so a school can be missing or dateless for part of the year and then list several camps at once. Setting a camp alert for that school is the way to hear the moment it does.
Browsing the directory and setting camp alerts are free. A free account unlocks the registration link and price for 3 camps. A subscription unlocks them on every camp: 7 days free, then $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year, cancel anytime.
Those two fields are what a subscription pays for — keeping the lights on for the crawling and checking behind the directory. Everything else about a camp (school, sport, dates, location, eligibility) is public and always will be.
Free, and we want it. Coaches and camp operators can submit a camp at campsandclinics.com/organizer, or simply reply to one of our invitation emails with a link to the camp. Submissions are reviewed by a person before they go live.
Email contact@campsandclinics.com with the camp page link and what is wrong. Listings come from the schools' own sites and are re-checked regularly, but a program that changes a date without updating its page will be stale here until somebody tells us.
Yes — College Camp Connect on the App Store and Google Play. It shows the same directory as the website, and your account works in both.
